Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares challenges George Soros to meet victims of crime.  “Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares (R) is challenging Democrat mega-donor George Soros to meet with the victims of criminals who have been unleashed upon the public by Soros-supported “soft on crime” prosecutors, a list which includes Loudoun County’s Buta Biberaj.” (Breitbart, 05/05/24)

Former New York Congressman Lee Zeldin joins Protecting Americans Action Fund.  “With crime rising across the country and George Soros backed prosecutors refusing to enforce our laws against criminals, Protecting Americans Action Fund is excited to announce the addition of former New York Congressman Lee Zeldin to the Advisory Board. ‘Across New York and our country, George Soros has been electing liberal prosecutors who refuse to enforce our laws, and as a result, in cities like New York City, crime is increasing and law enforcement is leaving the force in droves,’ said former New York Congressman Lee Zeldin.  ‘Protecting Americans Action Fund is working to elect prosecutors, both here in New York and nationwide, who will enforce our laws, and I am excited to join their efforts.’” (PAAF, 05/22/23)

Virginia AG Jason Miyares discusses liberal prosecutors who refuse to enforce our laws. “That’s why I challenged George Soros to a victim’s rights town hall with me.  Why don’t you get in a room like I have with the victims of a violent crime, those who have lost loved ones because of these criminal first, victim last prosecutors, why don’t you come hear their story.” (Chicago’s Morning Answer, 05/09/23)

Miyares: Honoring the blue by backing prosecutors who enforce the laws. “As the attorney general of Virginia, I firmly believe that we must stand with the brave police officers who protect our communities. One way we can do this is by ensuring we have prosecutors who will enforce our laws. … In addition to serving as Virginia’s top cop, I am also the chairman of the Protecting Americans Action Fund, where we work to elect prosecutors who are committed to enforcing the law and holding criminals accountable without undermining the work that our police officers do. Our country needs more prosecutors who will enforce our laws instead of partisan prosecutors who deliberately circumvent the legislative branch’s responsibility of writing our laws for political gain.” (Washington Examiner, 05/18/24)

Georgia AG Chris Carr: It’s crazy to blame automobile makers for the rise in car theft. “We are now blaming job creators, for the actions of criminals, rather than going after the criminals and holding them accountable.” (Chicago’s Morning Answer, 05/03/24)

Georgia AG Chris Carr says Kia, Hyundai recall would be ‘completely backwards.’ “The Georgia Attorney General came out Friday against a nationwide call for Kia and Hyundai to recall millions of vehicles in the wake of viral exploit which makes stealing those vehicles easy. … In a statement released on Friday afternoon, AG Chris Carr puts the blame squarely on criminals, not the consumers or corporations:  ‘This approach is completely backwards. The State of Georgia will not blame companies for the actions of criminals. We also refuse to put additional burden on companies in order to coddle criminals, as we are seeing being done in far too many cities and states around the country.’” (Fox 5 Atlanta, 04/21/23)

Inaction by leftist prosecutors is killing businesses. “Take a look around you — what do you see? Whether you’re in a big city or out in the suburbs, I bet you see a lot of long-serving brick and mortar stores closing their doors.  The reason, in large part, is because liberal prosecutors around the country are refusing to hold criminals accountable when they commit offenses aimed at these types of businesses. … Across the country, [Protecting Americans Action Fund] will work to replace these Soros-supported prosecutors with individuals who will enforce the law, leading to reduced retail crime and safer communities where business can flourish, rather than falter.” (American Thinker, 05/10/23)

The Five on Fox News, discussed the effects of liberal prosecutors and businesses that are leaving San Francisco due to individuals who refused to enforce our laws. (Fox News, 05/09/23)
