Protecting Americans Project Announces Rob Simpson As Executive Director

National Conservative Group Supporting Tough On Crime Locally-Elected Prosecutors Gears Up For Critical Election Cycle

Arlington, VA – Protecting Americans Project and Protecting Americans Project Action Fund today announced the hiring of Rob Simpson, a seasoned professional with both political and public affairs experience, as its newest Executive Director. Ada Furciniti, the organization’s first Executive Director, will stay on as an Advisor.

Since 2022, Protecting Americans Project and Protecting Americans Project Action Fund has promoted conservative public policy solutions to keep criminals off our streets and create safe environments for business and job creators. In that time, nearly $10 million has been raised, with PAAF investing in over 40 elected prosecutor races across the country, winning nearly 70% of our races including in major metros such as Dallas-Fort Worth, Northern Virginia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, and Tampa. PAAF has also successfully defeated three progressive candidates who had hundreds of thousands of dollars in financial backing from George Soros.

“Key states from around the country will be holding prosecutor elections in 2026, with PAAF working tirelessly to support and elect conservative, rule of law prosecutors across America, while also stopping the advancement of progressive prosecutors funded and backed by George Soros,” said Protecting Americans Project Action Fund Chairman and Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin. “We’re thrilled to have Rob at the helm running the day-to-day and long-term strategic initiatives of the organization as we continue to prioritize public safety, accountability, and consistent enforcement of the rule of law in communities across the country.”

“I’m excited to take on this role and support the efforts of local prosecutors who are committed to addressing violent crime, strengthening partnerships with the law enforcement community, and restoring public confidence in the justice system,” said Protecting Americans Project Executive Director Rob Simpson. “There’s a lot of work to be done as we head into this busy election year, but I’m ready for the challenge and looking forward to contributing to our continued growth.”

Prior to joining PAP, Rob worked for Bullpen Strategy Group, a strategic advisory firm, as a Vice President, specializing in issue management and communications. Rob is also an alum of the Republican Attorneys General Association, The Fund for American Studies, the Connecticut General Assembly, and numerous political campaigns on the federal, state and local level. Rob is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. He resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife, Eileen.
